building’s dressing – The entire perimeter of the building will be dressed with a decorative, artistic white mantle at a high finishing level,operated electrically and manually and designed by the project architect.
ALL-GLASS
All-glass, milky glass balustrades on the balconies. The exit windows and doors to the balconies are made of aluminum and of insulated, tempered clear glass.
PARKING
The parking lot-An electric automated parking lot whitch is one of the world’s most innovative parking lots, operated by means of a special car lift enabling autonomous parking of the vehicle.
LOBBY
Entrance lobby-A striking lobby, designed by top architect IIan Pivko at a high finishing level. the materials integrated into the lobby will be marble, woos’ glass, mirrors and decorative lighting.
